László Gazdag Ph.D., MBA

Managing Director, Co-founder

László is a mechanical engineer from the Technical University of Budapest, he earned a Ph.D. in engineering physics at the same university. Completing reputable international business courses he received an executive MBA from Purdue University, USA, and ESC Rouen, France. He is also familiar with finance, investments, and capital markets. Previously, he had privately-owned high-tech companies in healthcare technology. He worked with co-founder Péter Tóth in several ventures successfully.

Péter Tóth

CTO, Co-founder

Peter is a visionary entrepreneur. He envisioned and developed a revolutionary liquid crystal electro-optical shutter for a welding helmet. The worldwide patent and the developed product had been sold to the ESAB Group, the world’s second largest manufacturer of welding equipment. Then he turned to optical and holographic memory developments. This project was in the range of Eur 10m and it was landed at Bayer Innovation.

Gabi Rakoczi

Sales and Marketing

She has a BSc degree in human kinesiology and science from the University of Physical Education Budapest and an MSc degree in nutrition science from Semmelweis University Budapest. Gabi is specialized in different aspects of human health monitoring and expert in building sales channels for new application areas. She has published two books on specific health subjects. Her Ph.D. is in progress.

Mihály Gábor Kiss


Gábor is a program designer mathematician and software engineer from the University of Szeged. He worked in the banking area for almost ten years, so he is familiar with databases and web-based systems. Then he became an expert in embedded systems. Gábor completed a course on Embedded Systems Software and Development Environments at the University of Colorado Boulder. He is project oriented problem solver and a highly motivated team player.

Lilla Strobel

Quality and regulatory manager

Lilla is a biotechnologist from the Corvinus University Budapest and a plant protection engineer from Pannonia University Veszprém. She turned on quality assurance and regulatory management areas, especially in healthcare devices. Lilla has hands-on experience in MDR, CE, and FDA approval processes including documentation and clinical processes. She has managed ethical approvals and audit procedures.
